Betlee does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, bKash, Nagad, or Rocket may apply their own cashout charges — this is subject to each mobile banking provider's own policy.

Withdrawal Limits:

• Minimum: ৳500 per request
• Daily Maximum: ৳1,00,000 (৳5,000 before KYC verification)
• Processing Time: Usually 5–30 minutes; may take up to 60 minutes after midnight

Withdrawals can only be sent to your registered mobile banking number. Transfers to any other number are not possible.

Betlee takes responsible betting very seriously. There are two ways to suspend or close your account:

Temporary Suspension (Cooling-Off): Log In → Profile → Responsible Gaming → Select a Cooling-Off Period. Choose anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks. You will not be able to log in during this time, but your account will be reactivated automatically once the period expires.

Self-Exclusion (long-term or permanent): Log In → Profile → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion → Choose 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. Once activated, it cannot be reversed before the period ends.

Under Betlee's policy, each individual is allowed to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, national ID, or bank details is strictly prohibited.

However, different family members with separate IDs and mobile numbers may each use their own account on the same device. Each account must be registered with that person's own verified details.

If anyone attempts to open two accounts, Betlee's system will detect it automatically. In such cases, both accounts may be suspended and any accumulated bonuses may be forfeited.

Betlee regularly hosts tournaments and leaderboard competitions. Here's how to participate:

1. Log in and go to the "Promotions" or "Tournaments" section
2. Select an active tournament and click the "Join" button
3. Place a bet above a set amount on a designated game or match
4. Check your leaderboard ranking — updated in real time

Prize Distribution Rules:

• Each tournament has its own prize pool — typically ranging from ৳50,000 to ৳5,00,000
• Prizes range from top 10 to top 100 — varies by tournament
• Points are calculated based on total bet amount or total winnings
• In case of a tie, the player who reached the target first ranks higher

Prize winnings are credited to your account within 24 hours of the tournament ending.

How quickly your winnings appear in your Betlee balance depends on the type of bet placed:

• Pre-Match Bet: Immediately after the match ends, or within 5 minutes at most
• Live Betting: Once the relevant match outcome is confirmed — usually instant
• Casino Games: Instantly, as soon as the round ends
• Tournament Prizes: Within 24 hours after the event ends

You can withdraw once the amount is credited to your balance. For winnings from bonuses, withdrawal is available after the wagering requirements have been met.

Yes, Betlee supports accumulator (Accumulator) or parlay bets — also known as "multi-bets" or "combo bets." Here's how they work:

How to do it:

1. Go to the Sports Betting section
2. Pick an outcome from your first match and add it to the betslip
3. Add between 2 and up to 20 matches this way
4. Your betslip will show an "Accumulator" or "Multi" tab — enter your stake there

Odds Calculation: The odds for all selected matches are multiplied together. For example, three matches with odds of 1.8 × 2.0 × 1.5 = 5.4. A ৳100 bet would return ৳540 if all selections win.

Important: All selections must be correct. A single wrong pick will void the entire accumulator. Maximum payout up to ৳50,000.
